3. Permitted use
Only the owner may use this application, and only with TikTok accounts he owns and has explicitly authorised through TikTok's official login flow. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from the TikTok account settings, which immediately stops all publishing.
4. Content
All videos published through this application are created by the owner. Content that is generated with the help of artificial intelligence is labelled as such when it is posted, using TikTok's own AI-generated content flag.
5. Compliance
The application is operated in accordance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms. If any conflict arises between this document and TikTok's terms, TikTok's terms prevail.
6. No warranty
The application is provided as is, for private use. No warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of error is given, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use.
